The only way we'll see him in court is if either US or UK authorities pursue criminal case against him. This settlement probably included her agreeing to "waiver of prosecution" of some form or the other (basically, victim signing legal document where they state they have no intention to proceed with charges). However prosecutors are not bound by those and can decide to press charges anyhow.
