Prince Andrew and Virginia Giuffre settle out of court over civil sex assault claim | UK News

Looks as if part of the settlement is that he doesn't have to admit her allegations are true.

That's part of almost all settlements.

Last I saw, he was willing to take this to a jury, which is normally how civil suits play out -both sides indicate publicly they're willing to let the court decide while privately negotiating a settlement.

Also, how civil cases mostly work out. I told people for a long time they'll settle, and that it's unlikely this (civil) case will get in front of the jury. The only way we'll see him in court is if either US or UK authorities pursue criminal case against him. This settlement probably included her agreeing to "waiver of prosecution" of some form or the other (basically, victim signing legal document where they state they have no intention to proceed with charges). However prosecutors are not bound by those and can decide to press charges anyhow.
