A problem with constant development of conceptual interpretations

Hey. I'm an INFJ and I am not "people person" or share much emotions either. I think many INFJs can actually be kinda hermit-like. Or there are far more "hermit-INFJs" than what the general descriptions say.

INFJs can also be very intellectual! They just might not boast about it or go around talking everyone about their new scientific finds. They're more likely to be reading scientific books or articles in a library and interpreting what the stuff means alone/on their own. Maybe contacting directly some specialist-forum about their questions if they have any, but they don't usually talk about it to other people. Perhaps it's because we think so much about our conversation partners that we don't want to bother them about stuff that concerns mostly our own interests but not theirs.

I find it especially hard to join any communities in my university even if I'd like to. I know there are people out there that are interested in the same stuff, but when it comes to face-to-face interaction with those people, I'm helpless. I'd say e.g. INTPs have a lot easier time with joining a community that is based on their interests, even if INTPs generally have problems with the social life. For INTPs, it's easy to talk about the subjects they know about and are interested in. For me, there is so much going on inside my head, I'm thinking about the feelings of everyone around me, how I come off to others, what's the best way to put my words etc. that I can't talk about/focus on the actual topic that interests me and which I'd like to share. I'm a lot better at writing stuff.

Just wanted to say that.
