Paypal won't give you your money back. They physically can't. The legal issues are easy enough to find as they're public record, tho I'm a law student so I have access where others may not. They themselves aren't allowed to talk about it of course due to these issues. Hounding them and being rude will not accomplish anything in this instance. You've done nothing at all to help yourself, or anyone else. When your polish turns up you will wonder what all the fuss was about.

Also I wouldn't say i'm dedicated. This is my first and only order with PS and the wait has been slightly annoying. I may not purchase again in the future. Lord knows, Emily De Molly and Picture Polish have enough colours to keep me stocked, but considering they are a SMALL business in sydney, some patience wouldn't be hard to find and your negative actions HURT them, emotionally and mentally. There are actual people behind this company. A wonderful couple with a child. Putting them through this online slander, whether you believe it's right or not, hurts a little girl more than you losing some money that you were willing to part with at the time you placed the order.
