Would you like to make the argument that the advantages of permanently removing some of the remaining river-adjacent greenspace in big bend outweigh the disadvantages of this particular location for this particular biogas/compost facility? You said yourself, industrial is often river-adjacent. But so is some of the most celebrated public space in the lower mainland. Are you seriously trying to argue that "some asshole companies practicing large-scale fly-tipping in chilliwack" is a big enough concern that they should have plowed ahead with the REMOVAL OF PARKSPACE just to get this plant going?
