Question about management…

I thinks it’s more than management wanting control and more on a political/economic level.

  1. Oil industry complaining of workers don’t get to work, how else will they buy more fuel so they can make more money?

  2. Real estate industry complaining if employees work from home, how will they even make money when corporations can’t lease buildings anymore? And let’s not forget tax incentives some businesses receive for leasing office space, they don’t want to miss out on them.

  3. The midterms are coming. So the current controlling party would want good economic numbers. So bring everyone back to work so we can keep stimulating the small businesses and other lunch-gig businesses.

One thing I found odd is that last year, we were being called in phases. Now this year, there’s no reentry with phases, it’s all of a sudden everyone back to work. It’s the same thing happening in most private sector companies. Many are not recalling employees back in phases and by end of march. Because this should give enough time to boost economic numbers until November.
