There’s only so much room for sponsor logos on a jersey, and a major corporation isn’t really going to want to be second fiddle to anyone else. The Ash Vs. Evil Dead Starz logo on the Valiant jerseys make them look hideous, regardless of how good the show actually is/was, so imagine if they had two of those. The Outlaws are a team that are possibly without a major sponsor, or a major sponsor logo on their jerseys, and they are basically NA’s home team. You can’t deny the disconnect between casual fans and teams that are mostly non English speakers, as it makes it harder to relate and support them. Hardcore fans are the ones who will support them through anything. The Outlaws don’t have those types of disconnects with their fan base here where T-Mobile is very popular. You’re presumption that they were picked because they are “white” is racist.
