Thank you! Honestly, I downplayed it to myself. Reading back through my post- if I read the same thing written by someone else I would be like WHAT ARE YOU DOING GET OUT! But it helped that I was only there very part-time, so I would go on with my life and other families the rest of the time and forget how bad it was by the time I went back.

Also, looking at things in black and white gives clarity, but they aren’t evil people. They’re just humans doing their best, and were completely clueless about what hiring a professional nanny entails (and I was their second!). When I was hired with them I was at a place in my career where I was willing to accept that, but now I am not. (:
