R/All Reactions In A Nutshell...

Hey, I'm done engaging with this subreddit. I engaged under the presumption that this was a place for people who dont eat meat and animal products. Im college age and about half my friends are vegan and they all do it for personal health and climate reasons. The only reason I even know theyre vegan is because I see what theyre eating and it looks vegan so I ask, none of them ever even mentioned it to me. Not once have any of them ever shamed or put down anyone else for being vegan, or even suggested I become vegan. After reading the comments in this sub and seeing your definition of veganism, I can see I made a mistake, it's not anywhere near my definition. It's not a diet but a lifestyle and philosophy for you guys. I read a comment on this post of someone openly admitting to becoming a vegan literally so they can feel better about themselves. Sorry I engaged on good faith. Have a good one.
