I just dont think that if someone causes themselves an illness or something along the lines, they shouldnt be getting treatment - or at the very least it should not be covered by anyone, not insurances and not by NHS like systems either. - this by the way is how you could punish speeders who live but we cant figure out instantly whether or not they had a reason to speed.

If they are so able and willing to change, Why are they all so fat? no education or medical care? They CONSTANTLY use medical care, and every endocrinologist (who they must meet if they want treatment for their diabetes) will tell them to lose weight, which they will ignore - they also tell fats how to lose weight as well - eat less. and no, your solution is not actually better - because they wont lose weight and will continue how they are now, So what you're doing is making programs that will waste money as those who are using them arent actually following them. the cheapest cost effective method is simply not treating those who literally made their bed. no one made them do it? its their fault, we dont have to save them from their darwin award constantly.
