Reddit, be honest. What's the worst thing you've ever done and felt zero remorse for?

I used to work with this guy who was technically my manager, just not my direct manager. He was lazy, ignored problems, and when someone came to him with problems he'd say something like "Just don't worry about it, it'll fix itself." It never did, he just meant "I don't care enough, someone else will fix it, go away." He also hired a ton of terrible people because he was too lazy to actually interview/think about who would be the best candidate. He also hired a lot of terrible, but sexy young girl, candidates. And hit on them, but just not enough to be in trouble, but enough to creep them the fuck out.

He was also newly married, and just moved out of his old home to a new city to take this job. His wife had a kid while he was training for the job. She also hadn't worked in a long time, probably not since she got pregnant. They needed his promotion and the money they came with it, they were living paycheck to paycheck before, the promotion barely got them out of that and into some comfort. I doubt they had savings.

He inevitably got fired a few months ago. The manager above the both of us actually brought in his replacement while he was there, saying she was training for another store and position. I'm very confident it was always the plan for him to get fired and her to move in to the replacement. Her replacement was a terrible liar, and would always deflect/lose eye contact when we asked what store she was training for.

Anyway, people felt really bad for him when he got fired. I doubt they had much in savings, it would probably be very tough for her to find a job having not worked much in a year or so. And since he was just a retail manager, walking back into that job isn't easy since there's so much competition for it.

I don't feel bad for him at all. He deserved to get fired and others deserved to have his job. He was rude, creepy, stupid, and lazy. He asked for everything that came to him by not doing his job.

tl;dr - Lazy, creepy, rude, stupid guy got fired from his job. He has a newborn baby and a wife that doesn't work, and probably lots of bills with little to no savings. He deserved to get fired and I don't feel bad at all that his life is probably very difficult right now.
