Reddit, what drama is going on in your office right now?

One of my coworkers was put in charge of a large project about rights months ago and has not done anything of any value to complete it since that time. She's plagiarized, stolen other people's work without consent and not formulated anything new of her own at all. She has repeatedly said she's out of her depth, doesn't know what to do, and this has resulted in negative effects on the rest of the staff as we're short staffed because she's on another project and also because this project is an orientation program for new staff.. and there still isn't an orientation program.

We have all been clear with her about the lacking aspects of the program, have helped her with building some of it (we don't want our new staff to suffer), and have repeatedly reported to management what's going on. They were going to extend her contract again for this project so we all had to get together to write a letter detailing everything and they actions we have taken and demand a meeting to talk about what needs to be done.

We may have gotten her fired? She comes back from vacation soon, she has a meeting on her first day back.
