Referral Program

I think that's scummy by both sides, OP seems like the kind of guy who goes around looking for loopholes to take advantage of, and then when the company discovers and closes his loopholes he sues the company. People like OP are the exact reason why TOSs are 30 page long docs. What OP did isn't illegal(at least I don't think so) but it IS a major asshole move.

My family runs a small business and one of the things that we are afraid of the most are people like OP.

And then we have ESEA that think they can do whatever they want, OP got his referrers without violating the TOS and now they need to pay him, and the funny thing is that they won't even be losing money since op brought so many customer's in, that's just pure greediness.

OPs post shows exactly what's wrong with America and capitalism in general; there are people who go around looking for loopholes and suing companies left and right, and there are companies that like to fuck their customers and think they can do whatever they want.
