Beware of future difficulties where the mind automatically starts to proliferate unwholesome qualities without you seemingly doing anything. Don't lose hope in this gentle but disciplined practice despite the potential difficulties coming up.

When "relax", "stillness" and "third person view" don't seem to stop you from doing or feeling bad things, remember to stay in a state of non craving in regard to it regardless and deal with the consequences skillfully when the non intentional storm of the mind has subsided. If anything is to be taken seriously by the Buddha it is that, the principle of non craving as the path.
