In reality I feel they could of cut a significant amount of time if they made Rose a code breaker working for the Resistance.

Finn was completely wasted which annoyed me because I really enjoyed him in Force Awakens.

I understand Disney putting in Canto Bight segment to show a reflection on our society, but was just complete a waste of time.

I'm okay with Luke's portraly in Last Jedi showing failure and reality of heroes/legends.

I really like Poe but holy fuck was he just completly stupid throughout the whole film. Killing half his fleet with his recklessness then just getting a slap in his rist a couple times from Leia/Holder.

These are my main gripes with Episode 8 overall after processing it the last week. I'm going to see it again today though.
