Ritalin / Adderall?

That was small klonopin dose and yes you likely made real progress healing. Their is almost nothing about adderall and benzo withdrawal concurrently. The first 15 pages of Google search is recovery centers offering canned opinions on the topic. Ones an upper ones a downer. So no That isn't true necessarily. That opinion is the Elvis example of his ups and downs meds.

If it really truly has worked in the past for ADHD the risk of not taking it could be worse than taking it if you start out with a tiny dose and very slowly adjust going up if you're not experiencing a worsening of BZ WD symptoms.

Adult ADHD left untreated is a pre comorbidity because it can lead to depression, relapsing on the benzo (worst possible thing you want...Google kindling) and relapsing into a more dangerous med-combo such as benzos and alcohol or opioids then both out CNS depressants and OD risk just went 5X benzo and adderall.

So if you decide be aware and weight the risk of taking it or not taking it. I choose to take it but on a much much smaller dose and it helped with depression and motivation to kick the benzo to the curb.
