You could taper the klonopin first. Maybe try calculating what 10% would be and then taper that amount every two weeks. For me, I didn't even feel withdrawal until two weeks so I had to hold for three as klonopin for me was much longer lasting. Since you have been on klonopin less time and because it is more potent, and some say harder to taper, I would suggest tapering that one first. If you aren't sure how to taper it, you could look into liquid tapers using whole milk as the liquid you mix with. You could also cut pills in halves and quarters but that doesn't always work as well. And at some point you will be cutting a much higher percent as your dose lowers.
