Yes they can. They can reduce downtown West bound to once an hour or so, and double on East bound towards downtown. And on the east side same thing but opposite directions. They constantly have transit police sitting on cars at the stops. Instead of that put them on the train and check tickets.

The point of times I see 2 transit police sitting in a car at the triskett stop is crazy. Put them on the train. Make people pay that aren't. Adjust schedules.
