It’s mildly disturbing to realize how many “things” you own just because you don’t want people to judge you if you don’t have that

Holy shit. Alright here’s a few things for you:

  1. This is my first post in this sub in years, (considering my main account). So go find another punching bag.

  2. I have not made this post as some pissing contest, if you saw it that way that is on you. You’re the one who somehow took it personally, I don’t give a shit if you sleep on a royal bed or a pile of hay or whatever.

  3. I made this post about the issue of acquiring things we don’t want just for social expectations. That’s why I put that title and not “Fuck your western bed”. Again, you read it in the mist defensive way you could, that is on you.

  4. I don’t care about futon lenghts, or what YOU think of what I do or what I need for my space.

You are literally part of the problem and why I made this post, here you are DEBATING wether a futon is better than a bed, I don’t care, I care about what works for me. And yes, the space can be used for other “furniture”, or literally anything else I want to do in that space, it is my life and my activities.. not yours. Get a clue lady.

You need to realize that minimalism is personal, if you’re sick and tired of getting so affected by this sub maybe you should take a break and evaluate why you care so much.
