• Accused the US of creating AQ (a false conspiracy theory; the Mujaheddin, the Taliban, and AQ are distinct groups at different times in Afghanistan's complex history) on Jake Tapper and was corrected several times.
• Accused the US of conspiracy theories during a congressional testimony with a very friendly General testifying and trying to explain the history of Russian interference to her.
• Met with Assad and shook his hand, one of the most brutal dictators in last 50 years. Fueled conspiracy theories that US was funding "the wrong side."
• Fueled Trump-propaganda by trying to get Democrats to drop the Russia issue
• Refused to criticize Assad on The View.

Sowing discord in 2016, or did they believe Sanders was working for Russia, or did they think Sanders would be smooth sailing for Trump? NONE of these probable conclusions makes Sanders a good choice today.
