I'm not sure what year this was from, but anyway they are far from succeeding, a lot of Saudi people have their version of Fox news too and have hate for the west because of what they see, exactly like a lot of westerners have hate for them, each side sees themselves as the hero, progress can only be made by the people who see the full picture.

Being patriotic and tribal blinds people, we evolved this way when resources were scarce but now it's doing more bad than good, it's making us fight wars for rich old people that see us as numbers and a way for power and money, look at how when it's election year Republicans and Democrats fight each other and each party honestly sees the other party as theives, liars,traitors, and murdereds, when that's done and their problem is with an outsider every American sees themselves as good righteous people fighting the good fight, but guess how the outsider sees you? They see you as a liar and a murderer. And this is one of the reasons wars go on for centuries.
