I mean I don't think someone is transgender if they don't want to take hormones. Being transgender is taking hormones to change your gender you were born as. You can identify however you want of course but I mean technically speaking if you don't want to change your hormones and don't then you are not transgender. Are you unsure of trying transition? Are you scared? What about it makes you not want to but also wants to identify as trans?
