pain medication. the over prescription of all medications from adderall to oxy has caused our current issues.

if you can't get adderall anymore after you graduated high school, so maybe someone suggests meth ... you already hate yourself, you struggle with life unmedicated, so you say fuck it and give it a try and see if it will somehow actually help you get things right.... You realize society projects a very negative image of meth... but meth is similar enough to adderall chemically that you think its not too far off of what you used to take. it might, you never hear about a successful addict, but it might not, probably won't.

you continue to struggle and now you have sleep issues. someone recommends opiates ... they say it helps with sleeping. you are already fucking up, smoking meth which makes you seem like the worst scum in society, so you say ... fuck it .. maybe ... maybe ... maybe this is just my addiction talking to me, but god I hope this helps because no one seems to care about you.
