Seller's Destroyed Driveway Before Closing

Your agent cant stop the seller from destroying the property

No, but my agent can talk to the listing agent and the seller about it.

there is literally nothing they can do

There is plenty then can do.

Also, why do people expect agents to be at closings, they do nothing at the closing.

I didn't ask her to be at my closing, she had a fit because we said we didn't need her there. Likewise, she said she couldn't attend the final walk through and needed to consult her schedule (which she never did). The listing agent was going to do the walk through for us, and she swept all of these plans out from under us last minute. Now, she is attending both.

the sellers dont want to sell.

The seller DOES want to sell, and wanted to sell months ago. However, my agent dropped the ball and kept delaying. She straight up told me not to close earlier because the sellers did not want to. Come to find out the sellers DID want to close earlier.

To clear things up for you: The one causing the issues is the adult son living in the house. He is not on the deed, does not own the property, and was only living there because he's a deadbeat.
