The characters ARE NOT RANDOM wtf. You clearly have no respect for the language. Thousands of years of history formed those characters. If you study them you’ll realize how it actually makes sense by learning the radicals and their meanings. Many characters actually have a logical meaning to pronunciation too.

If you have trouble pronouncing tones that just means you didn’t practice since there are only 4. What about Cantonese then? they have double the # of tones in mandarin.

You can hear which characters they mean if you practiced speaking enough. What about Korean then? Hangeul is written out based on mouth shapes, so the characters have no indication of the meaning of the words. Isn’t that even more difficult?
