I made small changes over time. The first was to fix the fact I would spend all day in bed, miss important things, classes, what have you... I just didn’t care. I’m sure you know how it is, I would want to do those things and I knew they were good for me, I just couldn’t.
So I set an alarm, and told myself I would get up when the alarm went off. I did. Next week I did that, but I also made my bed every morning. Then I set a water goal of 72oz a day (sounds silly but really helped). Started eating better piece by piece. Went to therapy.
Small goals. Eventually, the small goals started adding up and became bigger. Life has gotten so much better and enjoyable since
