Once upon a time I went backpacking and was staying in a youth hostel. I met these really cool German guys and went out to see a show with them. Trying to match them beer for beer while being a tiny American girl did not end well and I decided to leave the show early after I drunkenly face-planted on the concrete while walking to the bathroom.
I flagged a taxi, got back to the hostel, and was so drunk I crawled straight into my top bunk even though my stuff was all over the bed. Passed straight the fuck out. A couple hours later I wake up to angry shouting and the lights coming on. I immediately realize something is wrong as my dress is soaked and I can faintly smell urine. I'd never wet the bed before and didn't even think I was capable of it, but apparently I was that drunk, plus I had never gone to the bathroom after falling and immediately grabbing the taxi home.
Well, the angry shouting is directed at me by some French girl I hadn't met who was sleeping below me. She is completely freaking out, telling everyone in the room (all slowly waking up trying to figure out whats going on) that I wet the bed and it dripped through the mattress down onto her. I am obviously mortified and frantically try to think what to do. Luckily, thankfully, amazingly, there is a huge water bottle in my bed (like the 1.5 liter kind), half-empty, that I hadn't bothered to remove before falling asleep. I hold it up and quickly explain that the lid must have come off and act disgusted by her suggestion that I wet the bed. She looks upset and suspicious but also relieved that she wasn't peed on. I apologize profusely and even give her money to cover the room for "disturbing her sleep". There is only one other empty bed in the room, which she obviously takes, so I have to sleep in my urine-soaked dress and bed for the rest of the night. I'm too drunk to care.
In the morning, I wait forever until she leaves and then clean up. Laugh about it with the other girls who even take my side saying she was being overdramatic and it was just water. I am beyond amazed that I got away with this and vow never to tell anyone. I guess Reddit doesn't count. Later developed a yeast infection from sleeping in wet underwear all night.
TL;DR: Drunkenly wet the bed onto a girl sleeping below me, miraculously was able to make her believe it was just water.
