My static ended up with 1 too many supports so I main swapped over to shadowhunter and I think it’s a lot of fun, can still hit some nice yellow numbers and was super easy to transition to.

It is a really good alt. It’s possible to feel effective without spending a ton of gold on it. Just get enough spec to transform in 1 human rotation and you’ll be dealing a lot of damage very early on. All demonic skills are lumped into 1 damage and 1 CD gem so you only need to buy 2 gems although I feel like they should be a little higher level than average due to this.

As for what you bring to the team, it’s got a ton of stagger. idk why but I like being a stagger powerhouse when it’s needed but that’s me. (Which is why I’m planning to boost a GL next) Also, CDs in demon form are so low that your 6% damage synergy buff will be up just about 100% of the time.

As others said it is very spammy but I feel like the class is easy learn and harder to fully master. Your focus needs to be hitting every human ability so you don’t end up waiting for CDs before transforming because slugging around as a slow spec built human feels really bad and will severely limit your overall damage output.
