The video is 4 months old and is not specific about exact parameters of the test, just throws around generic terms like ‘mid’ and ‘high’’. And lvl 2 engraving is 8%. And back then 1600 spec was already pretty decent. Comparison you presented is 1600 vs 1700 which is a post bracelet territory.

So I actually just did a quick trixion test, turns out 4x3+2 SH does about the same as 5x3 with 100 less spec (1600 vs 1700) As expected, spec has diminishing return on SH the more you have them.
