And what's stopping you from making it happen in your area (cause you only have a say where you live). Maybe if you make it happen other will be able to see it works and implement in their areas? Have you seen video recently where police was shot cause the guy they were following immediately started shooting after he got out of car.. in your ideal world police would just get shot and the guy would leave.. what a nice f world.. stfu man
