A gunman opened fire outside the headquarters of the San Antonio Police Department in Texas, striking the building but causing no injuries, officials say. "SAPD officers located multiple shell casings at Grahm Alley and S Santa Rosa. A Hispanic male wearing an orange shirt and navy blue pants was seen running from the scene," police spokesman Sgt. Jesse Salame said. "Bullet impact marks were discovered on the east side of headquarters." The shooting prompted officers to cordon off the area near the public safety headquarters as they processed the crime scene and started a search for the suspect, whose identity is unknown. There was no immediate word on a possible motive. Police also located a suspicious vehicle that was parked adjacent to where the shell casings were located, Salame said. "Initially the bomb squad was called to inspect the vehicle but before they arrived the vehicle was found to belong to one of the employees of a nearby business," he said.
