I’ve had an ongoing issue for approximately a year now. Seen the same GP 4 times. Eventually they said I should have an MRI. I waited 3 weeks and received no letter confirming hospital appt. I called up the surgery and receptionist found no evidence of booking but then suddenly said she saw a booking done that day. Truth or not. If truth then took the GP to “go through their notes”

3 days later I get a letter confirming an mri appt in 4 weeks.

All this time in pain and things getting worse. Considered saying something but not sure what good it will do. GP is a nice person but it’s obvs going to get back to them about me.
