Should Overwatch show average MMR? Or some info about the accused (like their profile level)?

I literally had one game who I couldnt know if the guy was guilty or not.

sniper (and his team overall) was around level 8 (I couldnt even know who was mid since the top level was 9)

Arc warden was 15, other team was around 12-13

Sniper went to lane against arc, denied one creep but he was 4-3-0-1 (or smth like that). With that arc warden simple flux him, put two wraith one the ground and killed him.

It was little before 10 min (probably turbo)

After that he got reported a bunch of death.

But at the end sniper had like 3 sentries and there is a bunch of camps blocked by sentries. In the replay there isnt any instance of sniper doing it but it was mostly likely (even tho he could be buying to stop the guy from blocking).

Even tho the guy was bullied for a while (every time he died was a flag, even tho he was dying a lot his team overall wasnt doing anything). So I dont think its fair to punish in a high degree the guy because he raged against someone instead of punishing the perpetrator. Maybe it was 4 guy in a stack? Were trolling him? IDK, no info given.

I watched like 7 min (every content available). He was farming the jungle, farming lane but dying for enemy gank. Just in the end I had the impression of him trolling because the series but since I couldnt de facto see if it was him I marked not enough proof
