I remember seeing a conversation once on Twitter when I still used it, where some lgbt people were expressing that they were very uncomfortable with a lot of lgbt spaces due to the extreme hypersexuality, pushing of kinks and pornography, and “rapey” experiences. They got absolutely blasted by people telling them to not even come if they don’t want to be sexually advanced on, saying that kink is an essential part of lgbt and they were being homophobic(?) Like wtf? Can you freaking imagine if a bunch of straight men were telling women not to come near them in a public space/club if they didn’t want to be assaulted? What is even happening here.
