Far better CPU cooler. Buffered memory. Much better SSD. Card with more VRAM. Exceedingly better PSU.
Pretty much the same price.
PCPP's stating that the memory is incompatible with the motherboard, I'm not sure why that is.
Will check myself if it actually is. Seems like a bug.
