There should be automatic paternity tests when babies are born

Again, one of his reasons he wants the test mandatory is because men get "thrown under the bus" when they ask for a paternity test. That is what I was looking for. I want to know what he means when he says that, because my presumption is he means his partner will be "mad" at him. Whether or not a mandatory test mitigates that is completely irrelevant to what I originally asked.

You jumped in when someone asked me why not trusting their partner is bad, which is a fairly preposterous question that can only be asked by someone that apparently has never been in a relationship. In fact, so far you are the only person that has responded to me that seems to even grasp this concept.

I don't disagree with you, but I feel like you're talking beyond what my original point ever was.
