Everything you talk about is what her design was made to be. You keep talking about her design being to centered about her shroud when in fact she is meant to be played with the shroud as her core as I have mentioned everytime. I've also said that shroud has unhealthy aspects towards the game. The fact that you are so frustrated with one ability and think that she is horrendously unbalanced towards it shows that you still don't understand her core gameplay. What you have shown is the same level of frustration that people have with windwall. Except windwall isn't the whole core to Yasuo's gameplay. Windwall is a tool that he has that is quite in fact not the best way to give him one but still has clear flaws to it. Shroud is the core to Akali which also means that she is also heavily reliant on the shroud. Take shroud away from her and she won't be the the same. She'll just be another LeBlanc or Katarina.
