Where do I start to balance out my figure? (More in comments)

For context. I have a very high metabolism. I have always been underweight, and although I want to eat more to gain weight, I have to eat /a lot/ to even gain a little bit, and I just don't have the money for that. But what this results in is that I'm now a little over a year on T, and I still have a very feminine figure. Now, I don't mind having a 'slutty waist' as I so lovingly started calling it. I'm okay with having a skinny waist. But my insecurity comes mostly from the fact that my hips are wider than my shoulders. Especially when I'm wearing clothes, this really bothers me, but I just dont know where to start in terms of working out nor do I know what to avoid so my hips don't get any wider. Can anyone offer me any tips or links to some sites or videos that could help me? Thanks.
