thought I'd give my own answers

1. Do you think Hae was killed on January 13th, 1999 between 2:30 and 3:30pm?

• This makes the most sense considering that there were no marks or injuries (defensive or otherwise) that I am aware of to suggest she had been held for any period of time. It’s not 100% but it makes sense.

1. Do you think Hae was buried on January 13th, 1999?

• Seems unlikely considering how little decomposition/insect activity there was. However, perhaps due to weather.

1. Do you think the killer returned to the burial site prior to the 9th?

• No idea-I find it unlikely

1. Do you think Hae was killed at the Best Buy?

• No idea-Jay says he saw her there then later says he didn’t see her there and most recently says Adnan told him the car was at BB and that he did it there but he is not sure it was and from what he ‘learned later, is probably not what happened’. I find this incredibly suspicious.
  

1. Do you think Hae was placed in the trunk of her car?

• Not really-no evidence to show it-lividity doesn't seem to suggest it-at least not for long.

1. Which, if any given, version of the trunk pop do you think is real?

• No Idea-nothing to corroborate any of Jay’s stories.

1. Do you think Neighbor Boy saw Hae in the trunk of a car?

• Unsure.

1. Do you think Hae was in the passenger seat of her car when she was killed?

• Absolutely not. It is not consistent with her head wounds and generally just makes no sense why she would be in her passenger seat.

9, Do you think Hae was in her car at all when she was killed?

• Unsure-nothing really leads me to believe so definitively

1. Do you think Mr. S story about how he discovered the body is true?

• No-I think the body was too well camouflaged for him to see that easily. I think most likely he heard about it or saw something that led him to go looking around.

1. Do you think gardening tools where used to bury Hae (shovel/shovels or pick)?

• I am not sure now that I have heard about this ‘natural depression’ theory.
  

1. Do you think Hae’s car was ever at the Park and Ride?

• No, I don’t think there was enough time in the timeline for the Park and Ride.

1. Do you think that whatever Jay and Adnan were doing on the morning of the 13th was related to Hae’s murder?

• No but unsure. No evidence to support it.

1. Do you think Jay and Adnan went to the mall(s) on the morning of the 13th?

• No Idea. As others have said, I do find it bizarre they both stick to the 'present' story one way or the other but I think it may have been drug (not marijuana) related.

1. Do you think having the incoming call numbers would have been helpful?

• Obviously, yes. This is a big problem for me-if those incoming are from Jen or one of the other people Jay dialed, then the theory is sort of blown. If they are from BB or WHS then it is corroborating evidence if not 100%. I think this is hugely important information. There just seems to be no reason we shouldn't know those incoming numbers and what phones they go to.

1. Do you think that if any of the incoming calls came from WHS or Best Buy (particularly the 2:36 or 3:15 calls) the prosecution would have made that known?

• Absolutely. If they knew the numbers and those numbers corroborated Jay’s statements, surely they would have been used. This leads me to believe the 3:15 was not from BB phone at the very least if they had the numbers.

1. Do you think Asia saw Adnan in the library sometime between 2:15 and 3:00pm on January 13th, 1999?

• Yes, or at the very least-I think she fully believes she did-so basically I don’t think she is lying.

1. Do you think it is possible that Adnan could be lying about asking Hae for a ride yet still be innocent?

• yes, I think it makes less sense that he would have told Adcock he would have mentioned anything about potentially getting a ride from her if he is guilty. I guess I figure it would make sense to later backtrack and say he didn't once it was clear something had gone awry.

1. Do you think Jay told Jenn about the murder on the night of January 13th, 1999 or later?

• unsure. I think there is some decent speculation she may not have known until later and they concocted the night of story when she and Jay spoke before her statement.
