Sophie Mudd's before and after really caught my eye. Is this simply the work of fillers? Or facetune? Both? As someone with a longer mid face, I've never seen such a transformation similar to this before. It gives me a lot of hope for myself. Thoughts?

Rhinoplasty for sure—tip used to be more bulbous, especially in sharp contrast to the thin bridge. When you lower the bridge, you’re also subsequently making the dorsum wider which is why so many surgeons also perform osteotomies to also thin it back down, but in this case making it wider made it look more proportionate to her tip—it doesn’t look pinched anymore. Her columella was also reduced so that it doesn’t hang. Whoever her surgeon was knew what they were doing for sure

Other than that, I don’t see much hardmaxxing. This pic is difficult to tell from because the expression and pose is different—She could’ve had a lip lift, or she could be puckering her lips. She could have had chin lipo, or she could be posturing her neck or tongue a different way, giving it a more defined appearance. Definitely no jaw surgery, because you can tell from the chin area that it doesn’t have a different shape, it’s just been sharpened

Her brows also look raised, it could be Botox, threadlifts, or just makeup, there’s really no way to tell. Her makeup also looks much more polished to me—I think in the before picture she had eyeliner on the outer corners of her eye, thickening her lash line but also dragging it down and making her eyes look negatively tilted. Omitting that and possibly using fake lashes or lash extensions sort of eliminate the need for eyeliner that usually travels downwards throughout the day, and can end up looking more clean, if that makes sense
