Starting to eat healthier but need advice for meals & cravings

I don't know if these are the answers you are looking for, but I'm just going to be honest with you. I work 40-50 hours a week and am finishing up my last semester at college, and I find time to balance my diet and take 1 hour 3-4 times a week to workout.

How have you guys curbed your cravings? I seriously just buckled down and quit cold turkey. I'm sure some people are going to tell you to limit it to one soda a day, slowly transition down, ect, ect and I'm sure that works, but for me I understood that I wanted a finer physique over sodas and so I stopped. Flash forward to today if I sip a coke I get sick to my stomach.

Which foods are filling and easy to prepare? Stay away from the instant oatmeal imo. Regular oats nuked in the microwave is fine with nuts, berries, or whatever you want in it. For lunch I make chicken, kale, quinoa, pepper, and whatever salad. I made a thread asking what people eat in this sub. When it comes to snacks, what are the best alternatives other than fruit? Don't get me wrong, I love fruits, but sometimes they get squished in my bag or get soggy since they'll be in my back pack since the morning. Fruit is definitely healthier than most things (like those processed granola bars), but still contain quite a bit of sugar. What about greek yogurt, nuts, ect?

I'm not a morning person to get up and make my meals so suggestions for easy weekly meal plans would be really really appreciated. Take time out of your Sunday to cook for the week. Sunday at 7pm is my weekly preparation. Grab a crockpot, throw some shit in there, and make some meals!

Do you guys have any other suggestions for curbing appetite and how to manage meals with a crazy schedule like mine? Eat good food, work hard, bring your willpower. Everyone is different so what works for one might not work for you, but I honestly think you should rehaul your die
