Why the story about Aziz Ansari was what made me finally fall apart

I'm a guy, and I'm terrified of guys. Guys are taught from birth to be ambitious, confident, and always get what they desire. Just look at every fucking romcom, where a guy relentlessly pursues a female partner(even after she has said no). It intertwined with their [toxic] masculinity. They feel entitled to everything, and it fucking sucks. Also, this is why sex-ed needs to get a whole revamping and truly teach guys(and women) about consent.

I know it can feel like looking for a needle in a haystack, but I truly do hope you do find a guy that will treat you right, be kind and courteous, and will 110% respect you desires/needs/feelings. Stay strong! :)
