OK, I was curious so I checked the comment history of the guy who runs that subreddit.

The moderator of that subreddit posts lenghty comments on all of reddit, and Every. Single. Comment. violently opposes automation, self-driving cars, and so on. He posts articles and puts humongous amounts of effort to oppose all this stuff.

I don't particularly care about Teslas/Waymos and am more interested in SpaceX myself, but I am utterly confused by such behavior.
