I doubt my line of work will ever be affected by the government shutdown but we did have a conversation yesterday during lunch and they were all saying "just give him the $5 billion already!" We also talked about the guy who started the go fund me page for building a wall and how it got up to $20 million but the government couldn't accept the donation. They were all like "what do you mean they can't accept donations!" I say "guys, $20 million isn't even half of 1 percent of what Trump is asking for. Do you even realize how much money he wants?" and they're all like "Fuck it just built the wall!" It was like talking a bunch of inbred swamp donkeys.
