It is possible for Ford's memory to be a blur and don't exactly remember who exactly sexually assaulted her. An since Ford already committed to come out and accuse Kavanaugh of sexually assaulting, she can't go half-ass and back out or say maybe she is wrong. That's why she needs to commit 100% to her testimony.

I'm not saying this is the case (it may be the case), but Ford may truly believes that Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her but in reality it didnt happen.

Here's how I see it, if the accusations are all true, I have no question that we should castrate this man and put him in prison for life. But if the accusations aren't true, then we just ruined this man's life simply from just strictly accusations. And what separate these two scenario is the truth. Not "his truth" or "her truth". Truth is not an objective word, there is only ONE TRUTH. And since this happened 30 some years ago and there ARE ABSOLUTELY NO CORROBORATING EVIDENCE that Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her, it's really hard for me to take Ford's side.
