A suspected big cat poacher has been eaten by lions near the Kruger National Park in South Africa, police say

We all seem to be glossing over the "Suspected" part of the headline. Meaning he's not convicted and possibly an innocent person was killed by lions. Let's not all revel in the loss of a human life. He had family he was likely trying to support in the best way he knew how. He had parents who loved him and was once a young child, innocent and hopeful. He died in fear, agony and horror as he watched his own body torn open and felt the teeth of predators on his bones as blackness faded his vision. Quite possibly he was thinking of those he loved as he passed.

So let's stop being a bunch of morbidly heartless fucks. Yeah he MIGHT have killed a few animals illegally but he also might not have and it's just some fucking stupid animals. A man died. Let's - at the very least - stop cheering.
