Lots of people are saying, US said this and that. All this is farce. Promises are meant to be broken and USA have done this enough. US is not capable of fighting a decently powerful army, it's not the strength but there is no resolve. When the bodybags start getting into Arlington cemetery, there is gonna be crazy public backlash. Why our boys are dying to protect people not looking like us. Yes, people sitting in washington are gonna fight. Men/Women from Iowa, Kansas will die. There is no Nato in Asia, ofcourse there is newly formed Quad, but India is not gonna fight/participate in their own backyard. Australia + Japan won't/can't fight for Taiwan. To reduce the chip dependency TSMC is already building fabs in Arizona. The recent semi conductor bill promotes chip fab at home. USA is preparing for her not to actively participate in war, a war it can't win. On the top of that, next few years are gonna be tumultuous for USA, changing demography, receding economic political and cyber might. Interesting time for American exceptionalism.
