The only negative review I ever received from any app, on any platform, was via AirBNB when the host said that the place was not left sufficiently clean and that they, themselves, had to clean it so it was ready for the next guest.

They charged me a $188 cleaning fee when I booked. I took this to mean that I didn't have to do the laundry, make the beds, dust and mop, etc. What the flying fuck am I paying a cleaning fee for if I am expected to do the cleaning? Shouldn't this bitch pay ME to clean it? Also, she took offense that she had to clean it... meaning, traditionally, they don't clean between guests and simply have people live in filth?
