I'm a non-American, so please pardon my ignorance.

I was watching a video about what goes in preparation of an NFL game. One person said they are an equipment manager with the Chargers for 32 years. He has worked in San Diego, he is now in Los Angeles.

My question is - do people with the same job in other states earn less, since the standard of living is different? There are teams in Washington DC and Boston and LA, but there are also teams based in Green Bay, Missouri and Detroit.

According to the Bureau of Labor, average weekly wage in Florida for big establishments is $1,300 (with three teams in that state), while in Colorado (Denver), California (two teams) and Washington state the weekly wage is over $2,000.

Do these wage differences apply in the context of an NFL establishment?
