Tea or coffee, why?

Tea is better if you're idle, coffee is better for doing physical exercise. Drinking 5 cups of coffee is way harder on u than 5 cups of tea if u were addicted to either. I do both, tea if I'm not super active, n coffee sometimes. No more than 1 coffee a day, n never in the afternoons. Just switch up to teaaa instead. I find also that coffee is a bit more of an oily drink. Like if I drink tea a lot, it actually seems to make my skin softer, and more supple. Coffee on the other hand can give me clammy palms, and give me feelings of anxiety, n a bit oily. Ofc, drinking just coffee sometimes is ok, but sipping it while ur doing an all nighter studying, NOOOOOOOOO
