What? The average age of child porn offenders has been going down for decades... If police accounted for arrested minors who traffic in child porn, you would probably freak out...

Depending on which study you look at, the average age of those convicted on child porn charges is anywhere between 23 yo and 34 yo... While the average age of people convicted of child molestation is in the low thirties, putting at least one third of them in their twenties or younger.

Once again, the stats are skewed because they do not take into account the fact that between 30% and 50% of those who have sexually assaulted a child are teenagers... Accounting for teenage sex offenders, the average age would be close to 25 yo and probably less...
